Banana, Peanut Butter and Chia Oats
1 cup oats⠀
1 banana, sliced ⠀
1tbs chia seeds⠀
1 teaspoon cinnamon⠀
3 cups of water, milk or a blend of both⠀
2tbs peanut butter or another type of nut butter ⠀

1. Add all ingredients to a saucepans and cook on a low/med heat for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally. ⠀

2. Portion into bowls and serve with additional peanut butter and banana slices. ⠀
