200g lean beef mince ⠀
1/2 apple, peeled and grated ⠀
1 tsp garlic, crushed ⠀
1 tbs mixed herbs ⠀
15g Parmesan cheese, grated⠀
2 slices of bread, crusts removed ⠀
1 egg⠀
⠀
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. ⠀
2. Place the bread in the food processes and pulse to make breadcrumbs. ⠀
3. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl - it’s best to use your hands here.
4. Line a tray with baking paper. ⠀
5. Form the mixture into 20 mini meatballs and place on the tray. ⠀
6. Spray with a little olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes turning once. ⠀

- keep in the fridge for 3 days or cooked meatballs can be frozen for 3 months. ⠀
