Tuna, Chickpea & Broccoli Patties

95g (small tin) tuna (drained and rinsed)⠀⠀
400g chickpeas (drained and rinsed) ⠀⠀
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped ⠀⠀
2 eggs ⠀⠀
1/4 cup plain wholemeal flour ⠀⠀
Coconut oil for cooking⠀⠀
⠀⠀
1. Put the chickpeas in the food processor and blitz while keeping some of the texture of the chickpeas. Alternatively, you can also mash with a fork. ⠀⠀

2. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
3. Shape into 10 patties. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat with 1tbs of oil and cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side. ⠀⠀
