Designed for Stage 3 eaters (around 7–10 months+), these soft koftas are perfect for developing chewers who are ready to explore more texture and learn to manage soft, easy-to-gum foods. Their soft texture makes them easy for little hands to pick up, hold and explore as they develop their self-feeding skills.

Stage Three Finger Foods
Foods that require more chewing to break down and offer a greater variety of textures. Teeth are still not required, as babies can effectively chew these foods using their gums. This stage encourages babies to take larger bites, move food around their mouth and develop the oral motor skills needed for more advanced eating.
Stage Three Finger Foods also support independent feeding by encouraging babies to pick up and hold food using their pincer grasp. As babies become more confident eaters, they can begin exploring a wider range of flavours, textures and shapes while continuing to build their chewing and self-feeding skills.
