Delivery

Home-delivery is available in Western Australia. Please enter your postcode at the checkout to see the delivery options for your suburb. 

Enjoy FREE home-delivery on all orders over $99! If the order total is below $99 the delivery charge is $9.95. 

What to expect on delivery day

1. Morning of delivery
You’ll receive an email with your estimated delivery time and a tracking link so you can follow your delivery throughout the day.

2. When the driver is 1 stop away
You’ll receive an email to let you know the driver is nearby.

3. After successful delivery
You’ll receive an email and SMS with photo proof of delivery. We will leave your order safely at your door unless you have provided other instructions. 

Delivery details

All orders are packed into our insulated delivery boxes with an ice pack to keep your food at optimal tempterature. 

You do not need to be home for your delivery. Our driver will leave your order safely at your door unless you’ve provided other instructions.

Important: If you expect your order to be left outside for more than 4 hours, please let us know so we can ensure it stays fresh and ready for your little one.

Our delivery boxes and ice packs are reusable. We kindly ask that you keep them clean and dry, and place them outside for the driver to collect at your next delivery.

Pickup

All pickup orders are available for immediate collection. There's no need to wait for a text or email—simply come by during our hours and collect your order! Please bring a cooler bag to keep your order cool.

Refund Policy

Due to food safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for food products once they have been delivered or collected.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us before your order is dispatched, and we will do our best to assist.
