Stage Four Tiny Bites
Small pieces rather than purees. A wide variety of flavours, ingredients and textures helps toddlers continue exploring new foods and building confidence at mealtimes. Usually suitable around 10-12 months.

Preparation Instructions

Place frozen portions in a microwave-safe bowl or a heatproof bowl over gently simmering water. Heat until thawed and hot throughout, stirring during heating.

If required, heat for an additional 20-30 seconds until hot throughout (>75 Ā°C). Stir well and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Discard any uneaten food at the end of the meal.
