Designed especially for babies starting solids, our first finger food pack features a simple, nourishing mix of steamed pumpkin, pear, and broccoli. Soft, easy to hold, and full of natural flavour, it’s perfect for baby-led weaning or as a gentle first finger food.

Preparation Instructions

Place frozen cubes in a microwave-safe bowl or a heatproof bowl over gently simmering water. Heat until thawed and hot throughout, stirring during heating.

If required, heat for an additional 20-30 seconds until hot throughout (>75 °C). Stir well and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Discard any uneaten food at the end of the meal.
