Stage Two Finger Foods
Foods that hold their shape but easily break apart after a few bites. These foods encourage babies to practise biting, chewing and self-feeding while still being soft enough to manage without teeth. Portion sizes can be adjusted to suit your baby's feeding skills and confidence level.
Preparation Instructions
To serve warm: Place frozen food into a microwave-safe bowl or heat proof bowl over gently simmering water.
To serve cold: Thaw in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Discard any uneaten food at the end of the meal. Do not refreeze.
