This pack contains 5 x 30g pieces made using high-quality ingredients, including Australia eggs, sweet potato, zucchini and onions. 

Our products are carefully cooked to retain the nutrients in the ingredients and quick-frozen to lock in all the goodness.

The products can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months, ready whenever you need them.

Preparation Instructions

To serve warm: Place frozen food into a microwave-safe bowl or heat proof bowl over gently simmering water.

To serve cold: Thaw in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Discard any uneaten food at the end of the meal. Do not refreeze.
