Is your baby waking multiple times a night? Struggling to settle? Taking short naps?

If you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or confused by the endless sleep advice online, you're not alone.

The first year of your baby's life is full of rapid developmental changes, and sleep can be one of the biggest challenges families face. The good news? Many common sleep struggles are completely normal and understanding why they're happening can make all the difference.

Join us for an informative and supportive workshop designed to help you better understand your baby's sleep and give you practical, realistic strategies you can start using straight away.

During this session you'll discover:

🌙 Why sleep changes so dramatically between 4 and 12 months

💛 The common misconceptions that leave parents feeling frustrated

👶 What your baby's sleep behaviours are really communicating

💤 Why traditional sleep advice doesn't work for every family

✔️ Gentle, practical strategies you can start using today

💬 Plus plenty of time to get answers to your own sleep questions

This workshop is perfect if:

  • Your baby wakes frequently overnight.
  • Naps have become unpredictable or difficult.
  • You're feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice.
  • You want to better understand what's normal for your baby's age.
  • You're looking for practical, evidence-based guidance that feels achievable for your family.

You'll leave with a better understanding of your baby's sleep, greater confidence, and practical tools to help make bedtime and overnight wakes feel less overwhelming.

👶 Best suited to families with babies aged 4–12 months. Babies are absolutely welcome, and we encourage you to bring them along.

We can't wait to welcome you to another Turtle Talks session at Tiny Turtle Booragoon.
