Ingredients

Australian pumpkin, Australian parsnip, Australian broccoli, Australian carrot, Australian sweet potato, Australian cauliflower, Australian peas, Australian zucchini, Australian apple, Australian blueberry, Australian mango puree, Australian pear. 

How to use

1. Remove the required number of cubes from the freezer.

2. Heat in the microwave on high for 20-30 seconds, or place in a bowl over a pan of boiling water until hot and completely melted.

3. Stir and allow to cool to a suitable temperature before serving.

Note: Heating times may vary depending on the number of cubes and microwave power. Discard any uneaten puree.
